The Foundation participated, together with ICE, in the "Taste of Seoul" food event held from November 7 to 9, 2024. This Korean food festival saw the participation of Rome through the creation and display in Seoul of video recipes of traditional Roman dishes translated into Korean, bringing together two seemingly distant worlds. Additionally, a conference call on the subject between Prof. Preiti and Prof. Parasecoli, a professor at New York University and expert in food studies, is available.
